His background spans hands-on engineering, CIO leadership, enterprise BI modernization, AI platform architecture, semantic-layer design, RAG and agentic workflows, and responsible AI governance.
Before founding Thrash Analytics, Will led AI and advanced analytics work at Perficient and directed BI programs across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, public sector, energy, and other operating environments.
